Transformers (2007) has become the most talked-about movie lately. Not only it brings to life the legendary confrontation on the silver screen, it also brings back childhood memories for many people watching the original cartoon series back in the 80’s.

The only character that I could still remember before I went for the movie is the blue and red truck, Optimus Prime. Surprisingly, the Optimus Prime on the silver screen looks exactly the same as the one in the original cartoon, even the voice is ‘genuine’ if you noticed. However, the robotic carnage scenes between Autobots and Decepticons look a bit of a mess to me. At times, you will have difficulties in figuring out who’s kicking whose ass.

You don’t see good acting in the movie, but Transformers (2007) is definitely the greatest action packed flick that I’ve seen so far. There are two planned sequels for the movie, but let’s hope they won’t be as disappointing as SpiderMan 3, Shrek 3 and Fantastic4 2.

Controversial heiress of hotel empire, Paris Hilton was released from jail on June26 after serving only 23 days (reduced from original sentence of 45 days, due to her good behavior behind bars???) for violating probation - driving on a suspended license.

Paris claimed that she had changed into a better person, but one of the first things she did was to have her hair extended. Ok, she gotta look good on “Larry King Live” show, fair enough! Later she was spotted shopping in Maui and Hawaii. She gotta take care of her image, fine! Looks like she’s still the same party girl whom we’ve always seen. Looks like she hasn’t changed much not to mention learning the lesson.

I had the first tyre puncture experience yesterday when I was on my way home. The experience wasn’t really that bad though.
